I've been staying at Kyriad hotel for couple of times. All staff were friendly, helpful and always meet guest expectation. What best is, kitchen n lounge staff recognized me and knowing what i really wants without asking. Shuttle service on time during pick up or sending to the airport. Shuttle driver drive defensively adhere traffic rules and practice safety aspect.

Ferdian, the free shuttle service driver is an asset to the hotel. Solid building designed for a 3 star hotel with facilities to include restaurant and meeting rooms. Moderate room size with working AC and individual water heater for a perfect hot water shower. Free 2 bottles water with tea/coffee and kettle. Good value for budget travellers.

I really thanks to the driver who pick me at Airport. he was so really kind and helpful, he gave a lot information about the location and everything. i forgot his name but he was so really amazing part of the hotel. Glad that Kyriad Hotel has an amazing staff.

Thank you to the wonderful staff Livia and Alfia on the front desk and the driver Agus. We arrived after a long flight and were given a warm welcome and they all made a special effort to meet us at the airport and get us on our way again. Wish we'd had time for breakfast! Had a great swim in the quiet pool to refresh. Thank you for your superb hospitality.

The Kyriad hotel in Jakarta is a great place if you are passing through Jakarta and in need of a comfortable place to stay close to the airport. They have a reliable airport shuffle service and the staff is very welcoming and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is also very good. Recommended!
